Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Devprayag, we strive to offer high-quality Vedic astrology services, Panchang tools, and spiritual books. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and options regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. Mobile App Subscriptions

The Devprayag mobile application operates on a subscription model to unlock premium astrology, ritual, and Panchang content.

  • Cancellations: You can cancel your app subscription at any time through the subscription management section of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, depending on your device.
  • Refunds: Since our services are digital and instant, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. If you cancel, your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

2. Physical Books and Products

If you purchase physical books (e.g., Devprayag Book, Devratnam Book) or other spiritual products through our website or app, the following terms apply:

  • Order Cancellations: You may request to cancel your physical order within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the book/product has been shipped, order cancellations are not possible.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged book or a product that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. Upon verification, we will ship a replacement book/product or initiate a full refund.
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or returns for physical items due to a change of mind once they have been delivered in good condition.

3. Spiritual Consultations and Astrology Services

For one-on-one astrology consultations, ritual planning, or personalized reports:

  • Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule an astrology consultation session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds: If we are unable to conduct a scheduled consultation or deliver a requested personalized report due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, we will issue a 100% refund.

4. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that banks or payment processors may take additional time to reflect the transaction in your statement.
